Detox Breakfast

The ideal breakfast for those wanting to detox and let go of sugar cravings.

This breakfast might not look too appealing to the eye, but if you have made the wise choice to let go of sugar, this will help you combat sugar cravings and stay full and healthy until lunch time.

Ingredients

For this healthy porridge, full of nutrients, you will need:

  • A handful of organic chia seeds
  • peeled spelt oats
  • Avocado
  • Stevia
  • Cinnamon
  • Food processor

The night before, leave 5 to 7 full spoon of spelt oats and 2 small tea spoons of chia seeds soaked in water.
In the morning, rinse water, add avocado, 2 drops of stevia and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix all in the food processor and done!

You can always mis fruit with your oats as well, but if you are trying to detox from sugar so that you can leave it behind forever, or you are fighting candida, we recommend leaving fruit out for a while, too.
