5 easy habits to lose weight

Losing weight is not easy, but a few every day habits can help getting you in the right track. Let’s start now!

Here we propose 5 simple and easy every day habits that will help improve your metabolism and help you lose weight more easily. Wanna try them out?

  1. Eat several times a day and never leave a meal out
Skipping meals and making your body hungry is not good for your metabolism. Unfortunately, work, family, studies and a large etcetera make us sometimes skip meals. Sometimes, we even believe this will help us lose weight, but it has the opposite effect. It is better if you have several healthy small meals (or snacks) along the day and your metabolism will be in a better mood.
(Maybe you want to try a bunch of almonds?)
  2. Laugh
It has been proved that laughing 10 to 15 minutes a day improves your blood flow and metabolism. The only problem? It has to be real, from the heart laughing.
So find out what makes you laugh and do it every day. Worst case scenario, you’ll have to watch Friends for the 100th time.
  3. Drink green tea
We talk a lot about green tea and there’s a good reason for it.
Green tea reduces appetite and improves metabolism. There are many studies that have showed the involvement of green tea when it comes to losing weight. Even better, green tea is a great ally agains cellulite!
  4. Eat something spicy
Spicy food increments your body temperature, which puts your sympathetic nervous system into gear. Your metabolism begins to work faster about 30 minutes after eating spicy food.
This is a great excuse to try out that new Indian restaurant, isn’t it?
  5. Walk
Maybe you don’t have time or even energy to go for a run, but everyone can manage a walk every day.
Only 5 minutes walking already accelerates your metabolism. Of course, the more you walk, the better. For this, there is no excuse, so block time each day to go for a short walk and you’ll start noticing a difference.
Of course, this also applies to hacks like choosing stairs instead of the elevator or walking 2 blocks instead of taking a bus.
