Avocado Smoothie Recipe

Smoothies are the easiest way to have some healthy veggies and fruits in your daily routine. You just need to blend them and you can take them anywhere! This avocado smoothie will fill you up and give you a good those of daily greens.

Ready to get to know a smoothie you will love so much, you will have it every day? We recommend having this smoothie in the morning, but of course you can make it any time you like.
You will need:

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 pears
  • a handful of spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder
  • 250ml coconut water

Now mix everything in the blender and -voilá- the perfect, nourishing smoothie is all yours to have!

You can be as generous with the coconut water as you like, especially if you like it more liquid. You can also put half coconut water and the other half natural water.

Although fresh spinach are always better, frozen spinach give your smoothie a cool edge that makes it more tasty.
And, as always, try to get everything organic 😉
